ABOUT THE ROLE
Product Analytics is an integral part of the future success of our business. We support business decision-making, opportunity sizing, marketing spend & risk management helping and bring confidence to decisions made, at every level, with data and analytics. we make. As an experienced analytics practitioner, you will help to provide the data, information and insights that will inform our product investment and rollout decisions. You will proactively uncover insights and unlock opportunities that influence the product roadmap, as well as our merchandising and marketing decisions. You will define and monitor the metrics that best measure the business impact of our customer experience. You will empower partners to keep informed through reporting and data-enablement. This role is on a high-visibility Data + Analytics team and will be involved in strategic decision making on day 1. This role reports to the Sr Manager of Analytics.
YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY BECAUSE YOU WILL…
- Own product analytics across our Client Experience & Client Support functions
- Work with different groups of product managers, business partners, data scientists and engineers on how to leverage data to help solve business problems
- Guide our product roadmaps & strategic investments through opportunity sizing & decision support
- Understand our client’s behaviors, user journeys, and long-term business trends in our data to identify opportunities for new features.
- Design, implement and evaluate A/B tests to optimize customer journey with our products – owning end-to-end while championing best practice experimentation methodologies
- Be part of a collaborative team which has high visibility across the organization
WE’RE EXCITED ABOUT YOU BECAUSE…
- Strong experience partnering with product managers and/or business stakeholders for decision making using data + analytics
- 5+ years in a data science or product analytics role
- Exceptional coding and design skills in Python and SQL
- Strong Experience with data mining, transforming and analyzing data across databases
- Cross functional communication skills that help simplify and move complex problems forward with business partners
- Prioritization skills with business impact in mind and ability to be pragmatic where appropriate
- Experience in working autonomously and taking ownership of projects.
- 2+ years of experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau) and associated dashboard and visualization best practices
- Knowledge of statistics (experimental design, statistical analysis, hypothesis testing)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in a business or quantitative field (e.g., business, economics, mathematics, statistics, computer science)
- Experience working with product and engineering teams on customer facing products
- 2+ years of experience in working with clickstream(/event/log) data

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, and the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire and ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee and company performance. Salary Range
$178,000—$191,000 USD
