We are looking for a skilled and experienced Data Scientist with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in complex data modeling, particularly within the Microsoft Azure environment. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in robotic process automation (RPA) and a comprehensive understanding of common data science methodologies and tools. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing advanced analytical solutions to solve complex business challenges and drive actionable insights.

Core Role Responsibilities

Utilize advanced data modeling techniques to analyze and interpret complex datasets, including structured and unstructured data, to uncover actionable insights and drive business decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Develop and deploy end-to-end data science solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services, such as Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Design and implement automated processes and workflows using robotic process automation (RPA) tools to streamline data collection, preprocessing, and analysis tasks.
Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data, and communicate findings to stakeholders through clear and compelling visualizations and presentations.
Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in data science, machine learning, artificial intelligence, and cloud computing, and assess their potential impact on business operations and strategies.
Mentor and support junior team members, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and technical expertise to foster their professional growth and development.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
Certificate in Data Science.
2+ years of hands-on experience in data science, with a focus on complex data modeling and analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field. Certificate in Data Science.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL, with experience in building and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
Strong knowledge and experience working with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Synapse Analytics, and Azure Cognitive Services.
Experience with robotic process automation (RPA) tools and frameworks, such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization methods.
Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically, analyze complex problems, and develop innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in agile development environments and applying agile methodologies to data science projects.
