  • Membership fees for DataScienceJobs.com are refundable within 30 days of purchase, except where explicitly stated otherwise in the Terms of Service.

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds for Paid Job Postings

  • Employers who purchase paid job postings on DataScienceJobs.com may request a refund within 24 hours of purchase if the job posting has not been published.
  • Once a job posting is live on the site, it is non-refundable.
  • Refunds for job postings are granted only in cases of technical issues or errors that prevent the listing from being displayed as intended.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted via email to info@datasciencejobs.com.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Any promotional or discounted membership subscriptions and job postings are non-refundable.
  • Partial refunds will not be issued for unused portions of a subscription period or job posting duration.

Cancellations

  • Members may cancel their subscriptions at any time, but cancellations will not result in a refund beyond the initial 30-day refund window.
  • Employers may remove job postings before their expiration, but this does not entitle them to a refund.
