NVIDIA is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our dynamic team as a Data Scientist. What you’ll be doing:

You will be accountable for analyzing complex datasets, automating processes, and deriving actionable insights that contribute to our strategic goals. Your main focus will be on defining and implementing data-driven solutions, providing valuable recommendations, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes and infrastructure.
Data Analysis: Apply statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to analyze large datasets and extract meaningful patterns, trends, and insights.
Automation: Design and implement automated processes for data collection, cleaning, and analysis, ensuring efficiency and accuracy in decision-making.
Insight Generation: Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business challenges and opportunities, providing data-driven insights to propose strategic decision-making.
Solution Mapping: Map data-driven solutions to business problems, working closely with partners to align analytics initiatives with organizational goals.
Communication: Effectively communicate complex findings and insights to both technical and non-technical customers, fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
Visualization and Reporting: Create visually compelling data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and findings to our customers.
Storyboarding and Communicating Results: Craft engaging narratives around data findings and present results to partners and executives, effectively conveying the business impact of data science initiatives.

What we need to see:

12+ years of demonstrable experience in data science roles, with a focus on team leadership and project management.
Demonstrated success in implementing machine learning solutions to solve complex business problems.
End-to-End Project Management: Lead all aspects of the entire lifecycle of data science projects, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.
Experience working with Fortune 500 companies across diverse industries.
Master’s or Ph.D. in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science) or equivalent experience.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

Expertise in Machine Learning: Apply machine learning techniques such as Random Forests, Stochastic Gradient Boosting, Ensemble Learning, Gradient Descent Algorithm, Artificial Neural Networks, SVM, Naïve Bayes, Recommender Systems, Anomaly Detection, and Deep Learning.

Solution Design: Develop innovative and effective solutions using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to address sophisticated business problems.

Team Leadership and Mentoring: Lead and inspire a team of data scientists, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 368,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
