We are looking for a Sr. Data Scientist to join our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Partners and aligns with business leaders, stakeholders, product managers and internal teams to understand the business, product challenges and goals, and address them using predictive analytics
  • Develops A/B and multivariate tests to measure various marketing stimuli and demand generation programs
  • Works closely with the IT Power Bi team to develop reports
  • Partners with Operations to develop a model which supports marketing spend by channel based on Tiered location analysis
  • Defines, implements, and trains statistical, machine learning, and deep learning models
  • Develops predictive business models based on data insights and current business trends in order to forecast future business results
  • Uses software engineering best practices to publish model scores, insights and learnings at scale within the company
  • Identifies and monitors macro and micro level trends with statistical significance on a regular basis and understands key drivers steering those trends
  • Develops and manages the business forecasting process based off of key attributes such as consumer demand, scheduling availability (capacity) and other attributes as needed

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, Mathematics, or other quantitative fields required
  • Five (5) years of data science experience with proven industry experience in a large-scale environment
  • Industry experience with scientific computing using Python or R required
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Bi/Tableau, Google Analytics, Snowflake (or any other Big data/Cloud equivalent)
  • Expert knowledge of SQL
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products including Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Experience working with business functions such as Finance, Sales, and Marketing to build models and drive impactful business outcomes such as customer and revenue growth
  • Experience working with and processing structured, unstructured, and semi-structured data
