The Senior Data Scientist is responsible for supporting key leaders in the development and deployment of technology-enabled data science models that will enable informed decision-making at a strategic level. From harvesting and schema design to machine learning products and decision support, data science at Hach is a new and exciting role with many opportunities to positively impact our success. We are looking for professionals to analyze large amounts of data to find patterns and solutions that will improve our capabilities to develop go-to market strategies, develop predictive and forecasting models, and perform financial, pricing, revenue, bookings, and cost analytics.

The position will be a full-time employee that will sit in the Global Finance function reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A and direct interaction with the CFO. The position will be on-site in Loveland, Colorado.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • 5+ years' experience as a data scientist, data analyst, or data engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Math, Science, Engineering, Economics, or Business.
  • Has working knowledge of multiple programming languages and statistical packages, as well as knowledge of dataset tools and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning (AI/ML) tools.
  • Critical thinker that is comfortable supporting collaborative problem solving in a team environment.
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of the time.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An associate’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs.

The compensation range for this role is $150,000 - $170,000 USD per year. This job is also eligible for Bonus Pay. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.
