Important responsibilities in this role will include:
- Work directly with one of our clients, a major retail firm, to assist with their marketing analytics and data science initiatives.
- Utilize marketing analytics and data science techniques to discover key insights and deliver actionable recommendations for the client in the experimentation area.
- Build and utilize machine learning models to perform classification, regression, clustering, forecasting, etc.
- Work with marketing and customer data to derive insights.
- Help to evaluate the effectiveness of various marketing campaigns.
- Develop presentations and reports with relevant findings and be able to present findings to key stakeholders.
Skills we’re looking for:
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Statistics, Data Analytics, Digital Marketing or related field, or equivalent relevant work experience.
- 7-10 years of experience in retail media, digital media, marketing measurement and site/ search analytics.
- Industry experience with a Retail, CPG, or Marketing Analytics firm is preferred.
- Be familiar with digital retail media campaign KPIs (ROAS, iROAS, CPC, CVR, CPM, SOV, AOV, ACOS, TACOS, impressions, reach, frequency, etc.)
- Have experience with the ad-tech and mar-tech industry with extensive experience in measuring performance across the purchase funnel.
- Ability to use tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Python, R, Spark, SQL, etc.
- Possess the ability to build ML models to perform classification, regression, clustering, NLP, forecasting, etc.
- Be familiar with display, omnichannel, video, CTV, social commerce, shoppable ads, etc.
- Any working knowledge of marketing measurement approaches, i.e. econometric modeling, digital multi-touch attribution, experimental A/B testing, predictive modeling, etc. is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively to tackle complex problems.
- Strong communications skills.
