WHAT YOUR NEXT JOB WILL BE ABOUT
Your tasks and responsibilities in the job include:
- Leading and guiding a team of data scientists, data engineers, and AI engineers, cultivating a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Supporting the personal and professional growth of the team by fostering a culture of upskilling, continuous learning, and development.
- Using analytical thinking to break down complex ideas into well-defined, actionable tasks and providing the delivery team with clear priorities.
- Overseeing the team's backlog and ensuring the successful delivery of AI and analytics projects by aligning initiatives with business goals.
- Translating business needs into actionable AI and analytics solutions while managing stakeholder expectations.
- Actively contributing to Agile processes, including PI Planning and ceremonies, to ensure efficient workflows and successful outcomes.

WHAT SHOULD YOU BRING
We are looking for a new colleague who:
- Has strong relevant experience in roles such as Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst, or similar, ideally within AI and analytics.
- Demonstrates a proven track record of leading technical teams or a strong motivation to develop as a leader.
- Is skilled at simplifying complex technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Possesses a structured, analytical mindset that enables you to manage and prioritise multiple tasks effectively, ensuring timely and efficient project execution.
- Has a demonstrated ability to work across diverse teams and engage stakeholders from both technical and business areas.
- Is fluent in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
