Duties: Leads the development and implementation of advanced analytics including customer segmentation, optimization, prescriptive analytics and machine learning algorithm & recommendation to solve business problems. Operates as a subject matter expert on statistical analysis, test and design of experiment, analysis methodology, modeling & application, and financial impact analysis. Telecommuting and/or working from home is permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Analytics, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a Data Science-related occupation.

Position required skills: Four (4) years of experience in the following, if applying with a Bachelor’s degree in one of the above-listed fields. Alternatively, two (2) years of experience in the following, if applying with a Master’s degree in one of the above-listed fields: statistical computer languages including R, Python, and SQL to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets; researching and analyzing data by querying large data sets using SQL and SAS; building reports and dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Power Pivot, and MS Excel; advanced Excel skills including pivots, charts, VLOOKUPs, intricate formulas, conditional formatting, data tables, and PowerPivot; and Credit Risk, Fraud Risk, Marketing Analytics, Optimization, Operations Analytics, Modeling, or Data Science.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program.

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $110,594.00 to $140,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
