AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement machine learning models and AI solutions to solve complex business challenges.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to optimize AI algorithms for performance and scalability.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training and evaluation.
• Monitor and fine-tune AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and reliability post-deployment.
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies.
• Create documentation and reports of AI development processes for stakeholders and future reference.
• Deliver presentations on AI project outcomes and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in developing and deploying AI solutions in production environments.
• Proven of experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Experience in API development and operations that are scalable and high performing.
• Strong programming skills in Python and Javascript with a solid understanding of libraries such as TensorFlow, Keras, or PyTorch.
• Experience with data manipulation and analysis using tools like Pandas, NumPy, or similar frameworks.
• Experience implementing data governance and security models.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) for deploying AI solutions.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Startup experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary: $95,000-$120,000 annually
