The Analytics, Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team – a part of Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) – is the analytics engine that enables the Global Commercial business. The team is responsible for driving Commercial Customer acquisitions, engagement & retention by evolving our card & beyond-card products, targeting customers over online and offline channels through delivering world-class Analytics, Insights and Data Products.
This specific Director role would be a part of AIM team and will be responsible to lead ‘Site Digital Acquisition Analytics'.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsible for developing best in class Data products powering personalized offerings to our Commercial prospects in this ever-changing Digital targeting landscape. This Director delivers innovative targeting solutions collaborating with stakeholders across Global Commercial Services, Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions group & with External Mar Tech Partners.
- Manage a team of highly motivated managers responsible for targeting commercial businesses across American express website
- Creating world class analytical solutions and Developing cutting edge, future-proof Identity & Personalization capabilities powered by Data, Dynamic Intelligence
- Drive expertise in Audience segmentation and Custom targeting leveraging Amex & Partner data assets
- Optimize performance, drive efficient growth through developing Personalized acquisition incentive strategy for various prospect segments
- Develop and foster cross functional relationships with partners across American Express to ensure project prioritization and implementation
Minimum Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Finance, Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science or Economics)
- Strong analytical/conceptual thinking acumen to solve unstructured and complex business problems and articulate key findings to senior leaders/stakeholders to influence business decision making
- An artful ability to work within cross-functional teams to connect the dots and bring new innovations to life
- Proven leadership ability, including strong interpersonal skills to win hearts & minds of team members, partners
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated project management skills with complex projects and the ability to articulate a clear perspective while maintaining relationships and fostering a collaborative environment
- Understanding of the digital eco-system as it relates to digital analytics, related tools & technology like Clickstream logs, Data management platforms, Realtime recommender systems
Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually + bonus + equity (if applicable) + benefits
