How will you make an impact?
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with a strong background in DevOps practices and proficiency in Databricks. This role is central to our team, focusing on developing and deploying innovative machine learning and deep learning models. The ideal candidate will be adept at using Python for complex data analysis and model development, and will be experienced in managing AWS cloud services for scalable AI/ML solutions.
Skills employed in this job will include:
- Lead the development and deployment of advanced AI/ML models, with a specialized focus on deep learning and GenAI technologies.
- Utilize Python and Databricks for sophisticated data analysis, model development, and interactive application creation.
- Expertly manage AWS cloud services to ensure scalable, efficient, and robust AI/ML solutions.
- Implement and maintain best practices in DevOps methodologies to enhance the reliability and efficiency of AI/ML model deployments.
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of AI/ML models into production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML and DevOps, and apply this knowledge to continuous improvement of processes and systems.
- Drive innovation and creative problem-solving within the team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, with a focus on machine learning and AI.
- Demonstrated expertise in Python.
- Proven track record in deploying deep learning models in production environments.
- Solid experience in DevOps methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with GenAI technologies is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in Texas is $107,900.00–$177,850.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
