We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist/AI Engineer to join our passionate team and contribute to the development of innovative CV & speech models, using advanced techniques. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Conversational AI, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, developing, and deploying innovative models to power our conversational AI product suite. You will collaborate closely with multi-functional teams including product managers, software engineers, and data scientists to ensure the seamless integration of machine learning capabilities into our solutions.

  • In this role, you will join a team of computer vision and machine learning engineers to discover and build solutions to previously-unsolved challenges and push the state of the art for global audience
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of business SMEs, engineers, data scientists, designers, and researchers, have deep expertise in both practical and theoretical aspects of 3D Computer Vision algorithms
  • This includes proficiency in generative models, 3D reconstruction, multi-modal models, pose estimation, or tracking
  • This role is extraordinarily technical, and will require you to actively engage in all aspects of the work, from conceptualization and theoretical considerations to design, coding, and implementation
  • You’ll be working in a team of computer vision and machine learning engineers to prototype and ship world class algorithms that pushes the state of the art
  • Turn prototypes into automation pipelines and deploying them to production; deciding
  • when to use out-of-the-box solutions vs. building custom solutions and utilizing both
  • Ongoing data analysis to build new or fine-tune existing CV models to optimize results
  • Partner closely with software engineers to implement these models in our production environment to enable product features for worldwide audience
  • Communicate results of analyses to business partners and executives
  • Maintain expertise in the latest advancements in AI technology
  • Partner with your team members to prepare presentations, papers, and patents for your inventions

Qualifications

  • 5+ years building NLP/AI software professionally and successfully releasing to customers
  • 5+ years of industry experience in CVML and an advanced degree (Ph.D./M.S) in CVML or similar field
  • A strong track record of shipping products and publications / patents
  • innovative
  • Experience with pioneering NLP algorithms and AI models, Multi-modal LLMs, Multi-modal contrastive learning, Foundation models, Diffusion based models
  • Experience in machine learning, preferably in 2D & 3D computer vision applications
  • Solid foundation in 3D geometry and linear algebra
  • Strong understanding of Python, and related machine learning tools (e.g TensorFlow, PyTorch, NLTK, spaCy,Keras)
  • Experience with a variety of systems, such as image recognition, machine learning, Edge AI, networking and communication, deeplearning, artificial intelligence, advanced computing, image annotation, data science, and image/video segmentation.
  • Experience with human factors, especially eye tracking and human input interaction
  • Experience in 3D graphics and rendering
  • Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication, engagement and interpersonal skills along with validated skills in building great design
  • Experience with OCI/AWS and related services is desirable.

US: Hiring Range: from $86,700 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
