Employment Information

We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas or take over sponsorship at this time.

About the role:

As an Analyst or Data Scientist for Machine Learning Operations, you will be one of Enova's most valuable team members. You will develop, enhance and deploy software that helps us build and deploy our models critical to our business. You are the medium that allows us to quickly go from an idea to an in production endpoint. You build and maintain tools that enable us to build models faster, keep them working, and scale accordingly. Our goal is to reduce time and friction at all points of the modeling lifecycle.

At times, you may be asked to conduct ad hoc analysis using statistical and financial tools to recommend improvements for operational strategies. You will demonstrate the ability to interpret and organize data, and communicate it effectively to cross functional teams to solve business problems, provide requirements and support implementation. Then you must be able to self drive the execution and deployment of those tools.

You must be curious, humble, eager to learn, and willing to grow. The people that succeed at Enova operate as an owner and get things done, and ask the right questions.

Enova's Analytics team consists of over 100 quantitative professionals dedicated to using the latest cutting-edge techniques to drive business value.
