As a Data Scientist, you'll help manage and guide data science elements of AI/ML projects. You’ll build and train new production-grade algorithms that can learn from complex, high-dimensional data in order to uncover patterns from which machine learning models and applications can be developed.

You’ll guide the transformation of machine learning domain experience in the area of human data into viable prototypes. Research emerging industry tools, techniques, and algorithms, and share application of these findings with colleagues.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

  • Knowledge of data set processes for data modeling, mining and production, as well as visualization tools including PowerBI and Looker
  • Knowledge of machine learning development languages including R and/or Python and other developments in a fast moving data technology landscape e.g. Hive or Hadoop (and/or similar statistical programming language)
  • Knowledge of DevOps and agile development practices
  • Exposure to development of industrialized analytical software products
  • Deeply motivated to continuously develop and enhance programming skills and knowledge of machine learning and AI applications
  • Experience with customer analytics, personalization, product and price recommender systems, Generative AI, computer vision, image diffusion models, NLP, and demand forecasting (ideally in a retail setting)
  • Experience choosing relevant algorithms fit for purpose, such as gradient boosting, Bayesian modeling, deep learning, natural language processing, time-series analysis, or optimization / OR techniques
  • Experience with AI/ML projects building & training new production grade algorithms with complex high-dimensional data.
  • Experience researching state of the art industry techniques and algorithms to apply to business value.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 2 years professional experience as Data Scientist or Data Analyst
  • BS in Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Economics or equivalent. MS or similar higher level education is preferred.
  • Experience and knowledge of working with large datasets and distributed computing architectures
  • Knowledge of coding in R and/or Python and development of artificial intelligence applications
  • Experience in statistical analysis and statistical software
  • Experience in data processing and analysis
  • Experience in working in an Agile or DevOps working set-up

SALARY DISCLOSURE- The ideal pay range for this role is $103,127 - $153,226 annually.

This is hybrid work model where candidate will report to Service Office (Conshohocken PA) 3 days a week and work remote 2 days. Candidate must be able to commute to our corp office. Relocation assistance is not approved for this position.
