Current need:

Our CoverMyMeds team is growing rapidly, and we are in search of a Data Scientist to help develop predictive models in the Healthcare space to drive automation and decision support. In this role, you will work alongside fellow data scientists on an agile team that creates data products to solve complex business problems both internally and for external customers.

What You Will Do:

Partner with others on the data science team to design, develop, implement and maintain products that support the rest of the business
Drive collaboration and build strong relationships with cross functional teams and business units across CoverMyMeds
Work with statistical models and take part in deciding how those models will be made into functional, scalable web applications
Create prediction solutions in the Healthcare claims space that drive automation and support decision making
Present deep dive analyses to the business through presentations and white-paper style deliverables
Convert behavioral analysis into intelligent models to maximize user retention and engagement initiatives
Understand, visualize, and derive insights from complex workflows
Turn workflows into models that drive effectiveness and enhance our products in order to ultimately grow our network

What You Will Bring:

The ability to think critically about new problems and understand how to relate various sources of data to business needs
2+ years of experience working with predictive models
2+ years of coding experience (preferably Python, R)
2+ years of experience pulling, cleaning, and analyzing data
Experience writing SQL queries
The ability to appropriately apply and understand advanced statistical and mathematical algorithms
Self-starter with a problem solver mentality
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
Healthcare experience is a plus

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information science, engineering, or equivalent experience

Our Base Pay Range for this position

$101,300 - $168,900
