In this role, you drive pricing, revenue optimization and top-line growth of customer services in the zone by acting as a business partner to customer services commercial leader and being a custodian of Commercial Policy.

You are responsible for

  • Implementation of customer solutions and the delivery of clinical consulting projects across the Monitoring portfolios.
  • Aids in development of new solutions and consulting methods, and contributes to the solution design, delivery activities and consulting engagements that are project-based.
  • Designing the integration of solutions into our customers’ clinical workflow.
  • Initiating root cause analysis and seeing through to execution the defined corrective actions / improvement initiatives according to the plan. Evaluation through to completion is essential to know that actions delivered as per plan.
  • Responsible for enabling decision making by exploring the data, recommending actionable insights, and building visualizations, dashboards.
  • Packages information and data using appropriate visualization techniques to effectively convey insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Supporting the New Product Introduction (NPI) process, by providing advice on capacity and competences needed, making sure that markets are in alignment NPI strategies defined by the Business Unit related implementation approach and timelines.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

  • Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related fields, with at least 5 years of relevant experience
  • Predictive modeling with large and complex datasets.
  • Data analysis using functional programming languages such as Python, Matlab, R, and SQL.
  • Experience in Lean, daily management or equivalent required
  • Evidence of strong project management skills
  • Self-motivated individual with the ability to take ownership and multitask in a fast paced and challenging environment.
