About the Role:

We're seeking an Applied AI Solutions Architect to own the post-sales technical relationship with our enterprise customers. This is not a pre-sales role - you'll work exclusively with existing customers to ensure successful AI implementations, drive expansion, and manage renewals. You'll serve as the strategic technical advisor who ensures contracted solutions deliver production value and business outcomes.


Responsibilities:

  • Post-Sales Account Management: Own technical relationships with enterprise customers from contract signature through renewal, ensuring successful implementation and adoption

  • Implementation Leadership: Drive customer AI projects from kickoff to production deployment, establishing clear roadmaps, milestones, and accountability frameworks

  • Strategic Expansion: Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with sales teams on renewals and expansion opportunities

  • Executive Engagement: Serve as trusted technical advisor to both technical teams and business stakeholders, translating AI capabilities into measurable business value

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with engineering, product, and support teams to resolve implementation challenges and deliver on customer commitments

  • Customer Voice: Channel customer feedback and requirements to inform product roadmap and platform improvements

  • Process Development: Build scalable methodologies for customer onboarding, adoption tracking, and value realization

Required Qualifications:

  • 7-10 years in post-sales technical roles: customer success engineering, technical account management, or implementation consulting

  • Experience managing enterprise customer relationships through full implementation lifecycle

  • Strong technical background with ability to troubleshoot complex deployments and design solutions

  • Proven track record driving technology implementations to production in enterprise environments

  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and executive audiences

  • Previous consulting experience strongly preferred

  • Comfortable with variable compensation tied to customer outcomes

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI/ML implementations, RAG systems, or document processing platforms

  • Background working with large enterprise organizations

  • Familiarity with enterprise security, compliance, and scaling requirements

  • Track record of identifying and driving expansion revenue

Success Metrics:

  • Customer retention and satisfaction in your portfolio

  • Implementation success rates and time-to-production

  • Revenue expansion from existing accounts

Note: This is a customer success role focused on post-sales relationship management and implementation success, not pre-sales activities.
