We're seeking an experienced AI engineer to develop cutting-edge generative AI applications in healthcare. The ideal candidate will combine deep technical expertise to create innovative AI solutions that improve patient care and outcomes. You will have the chance to work with a world-class team to shape the future of healthcare with GenAI. You will work on and own ambitious projects with large impacts.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-based solutions for healthcare use cases
• Collaborate with domain experts and developers to ship high standards AI product
• Research, evaluate, implement and deploy cutting edge GenAI technologies

Requirements

• PhD/Masters in AI, data science, statistics, CS, or related quantitative field
• 3+ years of experience as individual contributor on AI product (data scientist, AI/ML engineer, SDE)
• Strong product sense - ability to understand user needs and build AI solutions
• Hands-on experience building LLM-based solutions to solve domain-specific problems
• Strong coding skills in Python, experience in research and data analytics
• Deep understanding of concepts and algorithms underlying deep learning and GenAI
• Experienced in agent frameworks such as Langchain and/or building custom agentic frameworks
• Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly articulate complex problems

Preferred Qualification

• Experience in healthcare industry and familiarity with healthcare data
• Ability to implement and deploy latest GenAI research into production system
• Publications in AI journals/conferences or contributions to open-source GenAI projects
